Wellness Vedanta

Wellness Vedanta delivers a diagnostic insight into the mechanics of your mind and intellect; and its resultant equation with quality of your life. It empowers your intellect to govern mind in all facets of life. This intrinsic confluence is indispensible to dynamic action, stress free mind and harmonious relationships.
The course themes are specifically designed for corporations, professionals, University resources, mental health professionals and other formal/informal organisations.
The course consists of 15 themes. Each interactive learning session is for the duration of an hour, followed by Q & A. You may choose the themes suitable to your organisational learning needs as well. The content is based on the wellness wisdom of Vedanta, capsuled and presented to suit all attendees from diverse and multi-cultural backgrounds.

The Speaker

Rangarajan is a senior disciple of Swami Parthasarathy and an alumni of the Vedanta Academy, India.
Rangarajan completed the CMA Professional Accounting Education from India and holds a Masters in Management, both with National Distinctions. During his brief stint in the management services industry, his quest and search for knowing the deeper meaning and purpose of life led him to his Guru, Swami Parthasarathy. Under Swamiji’s direct guidance and instructions on Vedanta, he completed a six year full time residential sadhana study at the Vedanta Academy, Malavli Hills, near Pune in India.
Upon completion of the program, he has been facilitating Vedanta through corporate learning modules, seminars, workshops, youth camps, family retreats and online courses for the past 26 years.

Residential Retreats

Residential retreats for corporate organisations and informal groups are also offered over chosen weekend or long weekends. The retreat helps withdraw from the hustles of market place or work environment, wherein the mind recycles the memory and remains preoccupied. Such freshness aids receptivity and puts ‘life in focus’. Retreats are open to family members and teens/youth as well.

    Retreat offers guided yogasana and pranayama sessions. Walk, jog, sports and out door activities also available.

    Retreat covers select ‘Wellness Vedanta’ themes or chosen literature as per the group’s requirement and choice.

    Interact, discuss and clarify your doubts
    Philosophical movies, group discussion & interactive Q/A sessions with scope for reflection & consolidation of the knowledge.

  • 'Satvic' Food
    Room, board, stationeries and supplies
    Satvic food with vegetarian and vegan options; snacks, tea and coffee during breaks. Stationeries and supplies included.
