Wellness Vedanta is designed to equip new members with the fundamentals of Vedanta, terminologies and their application, to help them transition into weekly Gita study program easily.

8 Session Beginners Program - Level 1

Wellness Vedanta provides a comprehensive explanation of the dynamics of ones mind and intellect and their relationship to the quality of life. Offering participants an opportunity to begin the journey of self-enquiry. Skills acquired from these courses include self-control, strength of emotion and critical thinking.

A prerequisite to beginning the study of higher Vedanta literature, such as the Bhagavad Gita, the Upanishad and Vedanta Treatise - The Eternities.

The Schedule

This E-Learning course is offered throughout the year. You may register and start accessing your E-course at any time of your choice. You may do 2 sessions a week to complete in 4 weeks or 1 session a week to complete in 8 weeks. Upon completion of this E-course students may join the Sunday Gita Study anytime. In due course, you may complete the “Sanathana Dharma’ E-course which is an intermediary program as well.

Rangarajan

Rangarajan is an eminent resource on the lifestyle wellness wisdom of Vedanta in the GTA. His spontaneous ability to blend wit and wisdom renders his presentations strikingly educative, intellectually compelling and inspiring to launch into study of Vedanta. His public lectures, short duration modules such as Wellness Vedanta, Sanathana Dharma and Satsanga provide a contemporary perspective on the ancient wisdom of Vedanta and facilitate its application in daily living.
